A movement and performance screening is done at our initial session, to address any mobility issues that would place undue stress to muscles, spine and joints. The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is the product of an exercise philosophy known as Functional Movement Systems. This exercise philosophy and corresponding set of resources is based on sound science, years of innovation, and current research.
With One-on-One Personal training you have my upmost attention on every move. The one hour session will be specially crafted to fit your individual goals and abilities. Whether your looking to up your game in your sport, or shedding the fat thats been holding you back. I can help you achieve it.
